Description:

Some of them have had the dream, too. I see it in their faces. It's this church - the doors here are not only the doors we see. Even the valves of the heart are a door, when the limbs are properly aligned. I never said that in my sermon, but their hearts respond nonetheless to its truth.
Einige von ihnen hatten auch jenen Traum. Ich kann es an ihren Gesichtern ablesen. Es ist diese Kirche – die Türen hier sind nicht nur die Türen, die wir sehen. Selbst die Herzklappen sind Türen, wenn die Glieder richtig ausgerichtet sind. Das habe ich niemals in meiner Predigt gesagt, doch ihre Herzen haben doch auf diese Wahrheit reagiert.

Кое-кто из слушателей тоже видел этот сон. Я вижу это по их лицам. Всё дело в церкви — здесь много дверей, и не все они видны глазу. Даже сердечные клапаны превращаются в двери при определённом расположении членов. Эта мысль не звучала в моей проповеди, но всё же отозвалась в их сердцах.
夢を見た人もいる。顔を見れば分かることだ。この教会のせいだ――ここにある扉は、目に見えている扉だけではない。心臓の弁さえも、手足がきちんと揃えば扉なのだ。説教中に、このことを説いたことはないが、それでも彼らの心は真理に反応しているようだ。
