• 夢の中で、シルクの砂を通って蜘蛛の扉へたどり着く道を知っている。眠る前に新鮮な血を流してその渇きを癒したら......扉は開いてくれるだろう。
• In my dreams, I know the path through the Silken Sands to the Spider's Door. If I slake its THIRST by spilling fresh blood before I sleep, it will open to me.

• Here in the folds of dream is the door, glistening black like the abdomen of a scoliid wasp, ever marked with ever-shrinking spots of blood. I have not satisfied its THIRST, and it will not open. Now I drift into other dreams.
